MOST Insurances will allow the use of an out-of-network provider and will reimburse you for a portion of the expense even if the provider does not take your insurance. You may be eligible for a limited fee reduction of up to 50% for those with a financial hardship and/or with no insurance. For clients with other insurances paying out-of-pocket, we do provide a Bill to clients who request them for reimbursement purposes. A Bill itemizes the services rendered, how much you paid for your services and a diagnosis that is sufficient for the insurance carrier to reimburse a portion of the fees you paid for services. We will accept third-party payments when payments are paid in advance rather than on a reimbursement basis. Services can be packaged into monthly packages of services at reduced rates. Reduced fees of up to 50% are available by request on a needs basis.
