We require a credit card to be kept on file and no-shows and late cancellations will be billed to the provided credit card for $150.00. There are no exceptions to this policy and no excusable absence. If you schedule an appointment and either do not attend or cancel with less than 24 hours notice for any reason you WILL be charged $150. *
